WBJEE 2018 exam date: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination notification is out and the is all set to be conducted by the WBJEE board on April 22, 2018. Candidates who wish to appear for the same next year can check its complete notification on the official website of the board at wbjeeb.nic.in, where details including examination schedule and other information are all mentioned.Candidates need to note that the application form for WBJEE 2018 can be filled through the online platform only. As per the official notification released, “WBJEE 2018 is scheduled to be conducted on 22nd April 2018 in two shifts viz Paper-I Mathematics – 11 AM to 1 PM and Paper-II Physics & Chemistry – 2 PM to 4 PM. The online application process for WBJEE 2018 registration will start on 19th December 2017 and conclude on 19th January 2018.”
In order apply for the examination, candidates must possess a valid mobile number and a personal email ID in order to register for WBJEE 2018. WBJEE is conducted for admission to various Undergraduate Courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self Financed Institutes in the State of West Bengal. WBJEE 2018 will be conducted for admission to the all the above-mentioned programmes for the 2018-19 session.
WBJEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria-
1. Candidates who wish to apply for the engineering programmes should have completed their 10+2 examinations with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along wih either Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application in regular class mode.
2. They should score at least 45 per cent marks in the above subjects. (5 per cent relaxation will be given for all reserved category students)
WBJEE 2018 Application Fees-
An application fee of Rs 500 (excluding bank charges) is required to be paid by each candidate in order to complete the registration process for WBJEE 2018.
