In an attempt to take you on a culinary sojourn,the fusion option in this menu bring you the dishes in hot and fajta style.
As a part of the Smoke, Fire and Spice menu, 6 sauces, namely- Charmoula, Harissa, Chimchurri, Satay, PiriPiri and Chiptole will be served with sizzling skillet,naan bread, marinated salad and cheese. Along with these cuisines, cocktails such as a Sangaria Rosa and a blend of three rums- grenadine, grog mix mellowed with orange juice, called as Triple Threat. Other sizzling cocktails include: Tiki Taka Grog ( ablend of light, gold and dark rum, grog mix and lime), Shocking Shandy and Paradise Punch.
